The lovely Kyle Bean set our class a project a little while ago. We were given a list of materials to chose to make a project out of, and I picked leather. I immediately thought it would be funny to make a cow out of leather, then that it would be even funnier if it could turn into a shoe. Gotta love a bit of leather.

Leather

Mixtape Time!
I made six of these CDs of piratical poems for a big mixtape swap session with my class. The only parameters we were given was that there had to be a theme linking the songs and we had to have an A3 poster, hence the flag. The tracklisting, which is a bit illegible on the cover, is:
1. Shiver My Timbers - The Muppets
2. Wenches and Mead - Alestorm
3. Night Boat to Cairo - Madness
4. Crawled out of the Sea - Laura Marling
5. The Mariner's Revenge Song - The Decemerists
6. Wonderlust King - Gogol Bordello
7. The Irish Rover - The Dubliners feat. The Pogues
8. Queen Anne's Revenge - Flogging Molly
9. Choose me for Champion - Rasputina
10. Breaking the Law - Hellsongs
11. Saltwater - The Cat Empire
12. Tahiti Rain Song - Cocorosie
13. Istanbul - Sxip
14. In the Fall - Billy Talent
15. Itinerant Airship - Melora Creager
Blue Borough Represent
Over easter I have to send my tutor, the wonderful Paul Burgess, a postcard every week. I'm not going anywhere special so I've decided to showcase some of the finer points of my little corner of Lewisham.
